The lesions from the round;
1. Not to miss amoebiasis we need to send stool fresh, better in f0rm lab staff and request urgent film for the hot stool. when it is cool they stop moving and is very difficult to identify. Giardiasis is even worse. they die sooner. need to repeat the sample thrice if negative..
2. clarithromycin is a strong drug but with a bad taste. so the effective drug may be ineffective because they do not take it.
