Shaq's Gait

Shaq is a 16 year old boy with no obviouse dysmorphism. His height, weight and head circumference looks normal for the age but i would like to plot them in a growth chart. there is no nystagmus, ptosis or squint.there is no abnormal movements such as ticks, tremors, fasciculations. there is no neurocutaneouse stigmata, muscle bulks looks normal. no contractures. his supine is normal, there is no scars on the skin. On supine and prone position the posture is normal. the lower limbs has no lengthe discripency and both legs lie in normal plane. there is no gower sign. he can walk on a stright line without any swaying even with eyes closed. the gait is normal without any suspiscion , turn back and comes back normal. heel to toe, on tip toe and on ankle, on lateral aspect of foot. Shaq walks as normal children does. he can run also as usual.
