(USM from my flat at 6 30 am)Todays lunch time was another lunch provided medical talks. Usually I do not goif during the break. Zuhur prayer also comes inbetween. Many of my collegues take me as non-socialize for that reason. Today was Proff Zabidi's talk. As Proff Choo says, Zabidi is the one with the talent to talk, (he meant we students are far away from PrZ position.)

Lets not miss the partial seizures. it is the 70 percent of alll seizures. Seizure classification depends on EEG. when some one has repeated sterotype movements even like mumbling, hallutinations they may be busy seizing. simple partial is the one often missed. complex catch easily since they loose consciouseness. treatment incudes CBZ, epilim, phenobarb, clonjazepam, clobazam , acetazolamide (specially if AED is to be used in a situation where diuretics are also required). the latter 2 to be used as add on drugs. , Lamotrigine for >12years
