How is USM? How is Pediatrics

Many foreign students ask me the above. To be political I say OK.
For me different people will have different opinion about a similar condition.
It is like Moses (peace be up on him) with Khidhr. When he thought what were Nakir was actually good and beneficial.

So what can bebe the right question to ask? What is difficult there? What to expect?

For a foreigner;

It may not be easy to find accommodation near by USM. How t osettle this problem? get your licence from your country and come here to buy a car. Better even you buy it from Kuala Lumpur and come by it to here. The road is OK. Of course you are new. But face it. It is worth.
